STEP ONE:

Taking your clear thread, tie it onto the little hole at the end of the silver clasp. Make sure it is ties on really securely - this bit is the most important to make sure the knot does not come undone so reeaally make sure that knot it tight and secure. Don’t cut off the excess thread at the end of the knot!

STEP TWO:

Once the thread is attached to one clasp, take a few beads and thread them on. Use larger beads at each end as you need to push excess thread down through these beads too (this helps secure the knot). Make sure you’re using the larger beads as the hole is larger and so will fit both threads through. Make sure you push this excess thread through 4-5 beads and then trim

STEP THREE:

Continue to thread the beads on - I like to mix up different colours and patterns or you could group colours together to create a more blocked colour look.

STEP FOUR:

Once your beaded chain is about 55cm long, it is about the right length. Knot the thread and tie on the other silver clasp. Again make sure these knots are really secured!!! The thread is quite bouncy so you will need to pull it very tightly to make sure its properly secure. Then, push the remaining thread back through the end beads to fully secure it.
